My Small App provides software for managing small businesses and their day-to-day operations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, including your name, email address, profile details, tenant or business information, customer records, and operational data you enter into the application.

When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information permitted by your Google account settings, such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.

We may also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser details, IP address, session data, and application logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain tenant separation, process subscriptions and payments, generate business records and reports, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and performance.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate parts of the service. Google provides authentication when you choose Google sign-in. Stripe processes subscription and billing payments. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and the instructions necessary to provide their services.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember preferences such as currency and theme, and maintain application security. We do not use these essential cookies to sell your information or for third-party advertising.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the service, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate business purposes. You can stop using Google sign-in at any time, though information already associated with your account may remain until it is deleted or otherwise retained under this policy.
